Simon has extensive experience of the institutional fund management industry, having worked at Fidelity International from 1981 to 2008, latterly as President of the Investment Solutions Group and President of the Retirement Institute.
Simon held a number of positions during his career at Fidelity International, including President, European & UK Business, Global Chief Investment Officer, Chief Investment Officer for Asia Pacific and Chief Investment Officer of the European Investment Group.
