Step into the Night
Barclays employees join customers to raise money to support the work of UNICEF and Heart Radio's charity Have a Heart by participating in Barclays Take One Small Step into the Night, a sponsored night walk which takes place in London.

Make a Difference Day
An annual event encouraging Barclays employees around the world to volunteer their time and skills in support of local causes. In 2010, more than 19,000 colleagues around the world took part in the campaign.
Chairman's Awards 2012
Every year, the Chairman's Awards recognises and honours Barclays employees from around the world who have shown an outstanding commitment to the communities in which they work.
