Barclays in Zimbabwe
Barclays has operated in Zimbabwe since 1912 and is listed on the Zimbabwean Stock Exchange.
Barclays employs more than 1,000 colleagues in Zimbabwe working in roles from branch based jobs across the country to positions at the head office in the capital city Harare.
With the country’s largest network of ATMs – more than 70 – and 150,000 customers, Barclays Zimbabwe provides a full range of banking services to individuals and businesses.

- Retail banking: everyday personal banking, plus Prestige and Premier Banking services, loans and savings accounts
- Commercial banking: services include loans, online banking and services to corporate clients, including small to medium-sized enterprises.

Barclays Zimbabwe seeks talented people to join its business. Graduate trainee schemes are available, and Barclays partners with the National University of Science and Technology to offer the chance to obtain an MBA qualification in Banking and Finance to some employees.
