Capital and Debt Issuance

Barclays PLC and Barclays Bank PLC (the 'Issuers'), through Barclays Treasury, have established a £60bn Debt Issuance Programme, under which the Issuers can issue a variety of debt instruments, including senior notes and dated or undated capital notes. In addition, there are a number of other programmes in existence which have been established for multi-currency short and long term funding purposes.  Barclays also raises capital and senior debt through a variety of standalone structures.
