Barclays has the right to receive repayments in respect of its UK Barclaycard portfolio (which includes assets acquired from Discover UK in 2008). The Group securitises these receivable assets through, respectively, the Gracechurch Card Funding (“GCF”) and the Cumbernauld Funding (“Cumbernauld”) structures.
