This research helps us accelerate customer-focused innovation in product design and service delivery, which in turn drives our global performance.
Responsible lending
In the economic downturn. we maintained the supply of credit to customer and client groups and provided appropriate products, services and advice.
Supporting businesses
Commercial organisations faced similar challenges to individual customers, particularly access to credit. We increased lending and support for our commercial clients, ranging from small business to large corporates.
