Sustainability Report 2008

Sustainability Review 2008 print cover

In 2008, we focused on five strategic sustainability themes where we believe
progress to be of greatest value to our
business and stakeholders.

Our annual Sustainability Reports outline how Barclays seeks to contribute positively towards society as a responsible global citizen, the targets we set, and the progress we’re making.

Sustainability Report 2005

Responsible banking is an integral part of the way we do business and a central element of our overall strategy to make Barclays one of the world's leading banks. It also underpins how the 2005 report has been written. It describes what has been achieved in the last 12 months but also sets out what we mean by responsible banking, and how we seek to make it real for our customers, colleagues and the communities we serve.
