UNICEF Put It Right

UNICEF UK is launching Put It Right – a major, five-year initiative to inspire unprecedented action to protect the rights of children everywhere – rights to a childhood, to be healthy, to be healthy, to be educated, to be treated fairly, and to be heard.

Barclays and UNICEF are promoting the message that all children have rights, yet millions are denied them every day. The global recession, climate change and HIV and AIDs are making this situation even worse.

When a child dies of hunger, lacks clean water, cannot go to school, is exploited or discriminated against, this is wrong.
