Partnership with the Real Madrid Foundation

As part of a three-year programme, we're working with the Real Madrid Foundation to provide children in the Spanish capital with access to a facility where they can play sport and learn the value of teamwork, leadership and respect for other cultures.

The project will operate from a sports centre in Aranjuez, a village near Madrid where social exclusion is a major issue facing the community, due to a large immigrant population.

It will complement work already being done in Spain by the Barclays Foundation to deliver community projects with support from Barclays volunteers.
